📜 Layaway Terms & Conditions

1. How It Works:

• Customers make an initial deposit (e.g. 10%–30%) of the product price.
• The remaining balance is paid in monthly installments over an agreed period (e.g. 3, 6, or 12 months).
• The product will only be shipped once the full amount is paid.

2. Cancellations & Refunds:

• If you decide to cancel your layaway plan before completing payment, the following applies:
• Cancellation Fee: A 15% administrative fee will be charged on the total item price.
• Refundable Amount: Any funds paid (excluding the cancellation fee) will be refunded within 7 business days.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: The initial deposit may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on how far along the payment process is.
• ✅ Example: If you reserved a phone worth R10,000 and paid R3,000, and then cancelled, we would deduct a 15% fee (R1,500), and refund R1,500.

3. Missed or Late Payments:

• If a payment is missed by more than 14 days, your layaway plan may be subject to cancellation and the cancellation terms above will apply.
• We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before cancellation.

4. No Credit Check Required:

• This is a manual layaway plan offered directly by Fresh Phones.
• It does not involve Mobicred, Laybuy, or MoreTyme.
• No credit check is performed, but customers must provide valid ID and contact details.

5. Agreement to Terms:

• By selecting the Layaway option and making a deposit, you agree to the above terms.
