  • Payment must be made in full at checkout via our approved payment gateways.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed or if the order cannot be fulfilled.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery is handled via trusted courier partners such as DHL or Aramex.

  • Standard delivery times are 5–8 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address details.


3. Return & Refund Policy

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at parker@fresh-phones.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

  • Fresh Phones reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


4. Warranty Information

  • All devices sold by Fresh Phones come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse.

  • If you experience a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at parker@fresh-phones.shop for assistance.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Repairs or replacements under warranty will be processed as quickly as possible, subject to parts availability.

  • In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or amend orders where necessary.

  • All products are subject to availability. We will inform you promptly if an item you have ordered is unavailable.
